Where are my tickets?

I bought tickets but have not received them.


Please check if the payment went through.

Please check your spam folder.

Unfortunately, with "t-online.de" and "freenet.de" e-mail addresses, it often happens that the automated e-mails from our ticket system are not forwarded.

If you have paid by "Sofortüberweisung" (direct transfer), it may take a few days before you are notified.

Ticket cancellation / right of withdrawal


Tickets are not refundable. Tickets cannot be cancelled/revoked, as tickets for events are a service in connection with leisure activities (§ 312g Para. 2 Sentence 1 No. 9 BGB).

​This also applies to accidentally purchased tickets. As the producer, we do not bear the risk of individual personal reasons for which you cannot attend an event. This also applies to medically certified illnesses. When buying tickets, each guest bears the personal risk of not being able to attend the event on the specified date for personal or health reasons.

Private resale of tickets


If you realize early on that you cannot attend the event, you may sell your tickets. The tickets may only be sold at the original price or cheaper!
The name on the ticket does NOT have to be exchanged.

When buying tickets via Facebook or other social media networks, please pay attention to ticket scams/frauds.

Reservations

Reservations are not accepted. Neither for tickets, nor for tables or seats.
